These apps keep business records on your device. Use the app’s backup or export controls before replacing your phone, clearing storage or uninstalling. Keep exported files somewhere you control.
Purchases and refunds
Google Play handles app purchases and in-app upgrades. Use the same Google account to reinstall a paid app or restore a permanent upgrade. For billing or refund requests, start from your Google Play order history. Recording a customer payment inside an app does not charge or refund that customer.
