Container Deposit Tracker
This policy explains how AetherMint Apps, operated by ALLSZNGOODS LLC, handles information in Container Deposit Tracker (com.aethermint.containerledger).
Business records stay on your device
The app stores the business information you enter locally on your device. Depending on the workflow, this can include customer names and contact details, job or item records, schedules, amounts, payment records and notes. We do not automatically upload those records to our servers. The app does not require an AetherMint account.
We do not include advertising, behavioral analytics, location tracking, or tools that sell or share your business records with advertisers. The app does not request access to your contacts list.
Files you choose to share
You can create PDFs or backup files and share or save them using your device’s controls. Those files can contain the records and personal information you entered. You choose the destination and recipient; their services handle the file under their own policies. Exported files are not automatically removed when you delete records in the app.
Purchases
This app offers a permanent, non-consumable upgrade through Google Play. Google processes the transaction. The app receives purchase details and a signed purchase receipt so it can verify and restore access. A verified receipt is stored on your device for offline access. We do not operate a purchase-verification server or receive your payment card number.
Google’s processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Payments and deposits recorded for your own customers are bookkeeping entries; the app does not process those transactions.
The Google Play Billing library also sends Google technical diagnostic information about billing operations. This can include billing error messages and timing, app and SDK versions, Android device/build and network metadata, and a randomly generated Billing-client identifier. Google handles this information under its privacy policy; these diagnostics do not send the business records you enter to AetherMint.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them through the app, clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall it. Export a backup first if you need to keep your work. We cannot recover records that existed only on your device. You are responsible for retaining or deleting copies you exported to another service.
Support requests
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that information to respond and troubleshoot. You can ask us to delete support correspondence by contacting the same address, subject to any records we must retain to meet legal obligations.
Security
Local records use Android’s app storage. Protect your phone and backup destinations with appropriate access controls. No storage system is completely secure, so share customer information only with intended recipients.
Children
This app is designed for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app.
Policy changes
We will update this page and its effective date if the app’s data practices change.
